We want to thank our friends Carol Christenson and Elise Berlin for their creative genius in producing a first-class DVD video for us. Their art combines the compassion of committed individuals, the fun of oldies tunes and the insight of people in need who rely on our services. It's an experience you won't soon forget.
This video is used to introduce CFS to various groups of constituents, and is about 15 minutes in length. If you are a member of a group that may be interested in learning more about CFS and what we do, please do call us to arrange a showing. Thanks!
Here's a link to a preview of the 2008 video "A little giving goes a long way"!
And a very special thanks to the folks at Reveal Sytems for hosting and providing technical support for this web site since it's inception!

Community Food Share wants to thanks WhiteWave Foods and their employees for their seemingly unending generosity.
In year 2008, WhiteWave, through Horizon Organic Dairy, replenished our supply of milk every week! This is a commodity that is very popular with our clients.
When WhiteWave management heard that we had missed our goal for the 2007 Let's Bag Hunger food drive, they generously stepped in with a $10,000 donation!
WhiteWave Foods was also the title sponsor of the 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005 Spring Fest events, our annual benefit gala.
Mike Keown has been on the CFS board of directors for 4 years.
WhiteWave made a substantial contribution towards the purchase of a refrigerated truck in 2005.
In December 2006, WhiteWave Foods sponsored one month of "Spirit of Sharing" ads on Colorado Public Radio.
The four-day WhiteWave Foods "volunteer marathon" in late May and early June 2007 & 2008 provided Community Food Share with over 300 hours of time! The volunteers were everywhere, doing every job imaginable, and just all-around adding to the very compassionate atmosphere that exists here.
In the 2006 & 2007 & 2008 Corporate Challenge, WhiteWave Foods took 1st place in the total points category! This exemplifies the committment this company and its employees have to community involvement. We are proud to be their charity of choice.
While we have many donors, few donate food, money AND volunteers! The impact WhiteWave has had on our ability to fulfill our mission is real and lasting. White Wave Soy started as a local, home grown company, with close ties to local non-profits. We have been impressed and pleased that as they grew into WhiteWave Foods, as a subsidiary of Dean Foods, the leaders and employees did not forget their roots, but have stayed supportive of the community in which they began. They have our heartfelt thanks!

Amgen, in Longmont, is proud of their community spirit, and has supported CFS in many ways:
Amgen was a Spring Fest sponsor in 2005, 2006, 2007 AND 2008 !
- They published an advertorial in the Boulder County Business Report newspaper, sponsoring CFS.
- The
Amgen Foundation donated $25,000 in Nov. 2007, and routinely matches their employees' donations.
- Amgen also participates in the annual Corporate Challenge event.
- We were featured as a charity of choice in the Amgen Foundation Charitable Contributions report.
- Eric Bergeson served on the board of directors for 2 years.
- Amgen employees volunteer at the warehouse
Thank you, Amgen, for all you do!
has held a drive each winter, wherein they offer to match donations made to CFS.
