CFS is a member of Feeding America, a network of nearly 200 regional food banks across the United States. Feeding America, The Nation's Food Bank Network, is a national leader in providing relief to hungry Americans.  Through Feeding America, CFS has access to corporate food donors like Kraft, General Mills, Campbell's, Walmart, King Soopers, Nabisco, and Newman's Own.

CFS is a member of the Feeding Colorado, a coalition of the state's five major food banks. CFS serves Boulder County. The other members, united to fight hunger, are:
